Matthew R. Tobin is a principal with the firm. He specializes in the areas of civil litigation, employment and labor law, real estate, business law, and all aspects of municipal and education law. He is a member of the Massachusetts bar, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has extensive experience practicing in these Courts as well as before administrative agencies in Massachusetts. Attorney Tobin serves as Associate Town Counsel for the Town of Whitman. He earned his B.A. from Boston College in 1989 and his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1992. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association and City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association. He is the Chairperson of the By-Law Review Committee for the Town of Scituate, Massachusetts and is a contributing author to Massachusetts Municipal Law, a 2002 MCLE Publication.
