Michelle Allaire McNulty is a principal of the firm. She has extensive experience in all areas of labor and employment law, collective bargaining, municipal and education law, special education and civil litigation. She is experienced in appellate work before both the Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court; as well as Superior Court Practice. Administrative practice before the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, the American Arbitration Association, the Massachusetts Board of Conciliation and Arbitration, the Massachusetts Joint Labor-Management Committee for Police and Fire, the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Employment and Training and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Ms. McNulty acts as Town Counsel for the Town of Whitman, MA. She received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University. She is a member of the Massachusetts bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys, currently serving on its Executive Committee. She is also a member of the City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association and a contributing author to Massachusetts Municipal Law, a 2002 MCLE Publication.
