PAIGE L. TOBIN is an attorney with the firm. Her law practice focuses on civil litigation and municipal and education law, including special education. She is a member of the Massachusetts bar, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and has extensive experience practicing in these Courts. She earned her B.A. from Connecticut College in 1989 and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1992, where she served as an editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Journal. Attorney Tobin serves as the Chairwoman of the Commission on Disabilities for the Town of Scituate, Massachusetts, where she promotes and enforces local compliance with state and federal disability law. Ms. Tobin is an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and was recently honored for her pro bono work on behalf of victims of September 11th.
