ATTORNEY/LITIGATOR - Labor & Employment (posted 09/08/25): MLM is seeking an attorney with at least 3 to 5 years of labor and employment experience and excellent writing and oral advocacy skills in our labor and employment law practice group. Experience in related fields, including municipal law, litigation involving labor and employment issues, collective bargaining, conflicts of interest, and/or related issues is welcome but not required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits, potential for growth, and an opportunity to work in a collegial atmosphere with experts in the field. ATTORNEY/LITIGATOR - Civil Litigation/Education (posted 09/22/25): MLM is hiring an attorney with at least 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience and excellent writing and oral advocacy skills to serve as a civil litigator on our education and student services team, with a focus on special education law. Experience in related fields, including litigation involving students with disabilities, civil and constitutional rights, and/or related issues is preferred. We offer a competitive salary and benefits, potential for growth, and an opportunity to work in a collegial atmosphere with experts in the field.
