Caroline C. Recio

Attorney

Caroline Recio is an associate attorney at MLM. Caroline’s practice at MLM includes all aspects of school law, with a primary focus in school policy, Title IX, general and special education, student discipline, and student services. Before joining MLM, Caroline gained several years’ experience in school law working on school discipline and special education matters. Prior to law school, Caroline served for five years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, where they rose to the rank of Captain.

Caroline joined the firm in 2025.

Education and Licenses

Caroline earned their B.A. from Agnes Scott College, and their J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where they were a member of the Barton Child Law and Policy Clinic.

Caroline is a member of the Massachusetts bar.
